Mubasher: Americana Restaurants International will commence listing and trading its shares on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday, 12 December 2022.

Tadawul indicated that the daily price fluctuation limits will not be applied during the first three days of the listing, yet the static price fluctuation limits will apply as +/- 10%, according to a bourse filing.

Starting from the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will be -/+ 10%, whereas the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply.

Meanwhile, Americana Restaurants will list 252.70 million ordinary shares on the Saudi main market under the symbol 6015, while it will be trading under the symbol AMR on the UAE stock exchange.

Last November, the company set the final price for its initial public offering (IPO) on Tadawul and ADX at SAR 2.68 per share and AED 2.62, respectively.
