Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Centres Company (ACC), Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company, and Fawaz Alhokair Fashion Retail Company unveiled the new full rebrand to Cenomi, according to a press release.

In this regard, Arabian Centres changed its trading name on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) from ALMRAKEZ to Cenomi Centers, whereas Alhokair altered to Cenomi Retail.

The boards of the two companies granted their approvals for the modifications on 5 December 2022.

Cenomi will also establish the company’s first official loyalty programme Cenomi Rewards, in addition to an e-commerce marketplace Cenomi.com, which will be launched in the first half (H1) of 2023.

The new e-commerce marketplace aligns with Cenomi’s objective to anchor its position as a leading omnichannel lifestyle destination in Saudi Arabia.

Alison Rehill Erguven, CEO of Cenomi Centres, said: “We understand that, as the country undergoes rapid transformation, we must always be in sync with our consumers growing needs and aspirations.”

In H1 of fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023, Arabian Centres reported net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 374.10 million, higher by 72.32% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 217.10 million.

Meanwhile, Alhokair posted a 21.62% YoY surge in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 81 million during the first six months (6M) of FY22/23, compared to SAR 66.60 million.
