Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Yanbu Cement Company decided to distribute cash dividends worth SAR 118.12 million, representing 7.50% of the capital, to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2022.

The Saudi firm will disburse SAR 0.75 per share for 157.50 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates for the H2-22 dividends will be on 12 and 29 December, respectively.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Yanbu Cement witnessed a 4.38% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 156.24 million, compared to SAR 149.69 million.

Revenues inched down by 0.13% to SAR 741.90 million in 9M-22 from SAR 742.87 million in 9M-21, while the earnings per share (EPS) shrank to SAR 0.88 from SAR 2.25.
