Cairo – Mubasher: Raymond Ahdy, the Deputy CEO of Wadi Degla Developments, said his company plans to invest EGP 2 billion during 2023, compared to EGP 1 billion this year.

Total investments of the real estate developer in the Egyptian market have reached EGP 25.40 billion so far. These investments are distributed among 16 projects spanning 5.50 million square metres, Ahdy revealed during a recent press conference

Moreover, the official stated that his company intends to launch several projects in Ain Sokhna during the coming period, noting that the company delivered 1,400 units in 2021 and 1,660 units in 2022.

It is worth noting that Wadi Degla Developments is a subsidiary of Wadi Degla Holding.
