CMA nods to IPOs, Nomu listing of 6 companies

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) greenlighted the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Al Watania for Industries Company and Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Company to trade on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

With each set to list 30% of their shares, Al Watania for Industries and Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals intend to offer 24 million shares and 21 million shares, respectively, according to bourse disclosures.

In addition, the CMA passed the request of four companies to list their shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of Tadawul.

Both Horizon Food Company as well as Hamad Mohammad Aldrees Industrial and Mining Company plan to trade 20% of their shares at a volume of 1.60 million shares and 1.22 million shares, respectively.

Furthermore, the CMA granted its nod for the Nomu listing of Alqemam for Computer Systems Company and Balady Poultry Company.

Meanwhile, the six approvals were issued on 28 December 2022.
