Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) decided to distribute cash dividends worth SAR 356.25 million, equivalent to 7.50% of the capital, for the first half (H1) of fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023.

Cenomi Centers will pay out SAR 0.75 per share for 475 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates for the dividends will be on 22 January and 12 February 2023, respectively.

In the first six months (6M) of FY22/23, Cenomi Centers logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 374.10 million, higher by 72.32% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 217.10 million.

Last month, the company changed its trading name on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) from ALMRAKEZ to Cenomi Centers after announcing a new full rebrand to Cenomi, along with Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company and Fawaz Alhokair Fashion Retail Company.
