Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Egyptian Arabian Themar Securities Brokerage agreed to sell the company’s headquarters during a meeting on 22 January 2023.

Situated in the 5^th Settlement area in New Cairo, the company’s 73 square metre headquarters will be sold at a value of EGP 6 million, according to a bourse statement on Monday. 

It is worth noting that in the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Themar recorded EGP 7.66 million in profits, down from EGP 11.16 million in the year-ago period.

In the meantime, the revenues plunged to EGP 21.50 million in 9M-22, compared to EGP 32.50 million in 9M-21.
