Riyadh – Mubasher: The board members of ACWA Power Company recommended, on 26 January, cash dividends’ payment worth SAR 606.81 million for 2022.

The listed firm would disburse SAR 0.83 per share, which represents 8.30% of the share nominal value, for 731.09 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.

The eligibility and distribution dates of the dividends will be announced at a later time, after obtaining regulatory approvals as well as the shareholders’ nod during the ordinary general meeting (OGM).

During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, ACWA Power achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 883.42 million, compared to SAR 419.94 million in 9M-21.

It generated revenues amounting to SAR 3.70 billion during the January-September 2022 period, which were lower by 1.47% than SAR 3.76 billion in 9M-21.
