Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) has appointed Mohammed Abdulaziz Alsarhan as the new Chairman of the board.

Bahri also named Fahad Abduljalil Al Saif to be the new Vice Chairman of the board, according to a bourse filing.

The two officials are assuming their roles for the current three-year board term, from 16 January 2023 until 15 January 2026.

It is worth noting that in the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Bahri logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 462.79 million, an annual jump from SAR 100.46 million.

The revenues during January-September 2022 soared to SAR 5.86 billion from SAR 3.80 billion in 9M-21.
