Riyadh – Mubasher: A total of SAR 8.16 million will be paid as cash dividends to the unitholders of Taleem REIT Fund for a three-month period.

The fund manager, Saudi Fransi Capital, announced that the eligible unitholders will receive SAR 0.16 per unit as a dividend for the 1 October-31 December 2022 period, according to a bourse filing.

The number of outstanding units on which the payment will be disbursed totals 51 million, while the distribution ratio of the net asset value is 1.40% as of 30 June 2022.

Saudi Fransi Capital noted that the dividends will be paid within 15 business days from the eligibility date of 31 January 2023.

During the corresponding three-month period in 2021, the unitholders obtained a cash dividend of SAR 0.12 per unit at a total value of SAR 6.12 million.
