UAE stock markets close Thursday’s session higher

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Thursday’s trading session at 3,365.25 points after gaining 17.33 points (0.51%).

The trading value stood at AED 280.71 million after a total of 110.17 million shares were exchanged during the session.

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) advanced the risers with 8.08%, whereas Dubai Financial Market Company (DFM) led the falling companies with 2.74%.

Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 104.05 million, while Gulf Navigation Holding (GNH) dominated the trading volume with 27.08 million shares.

Similarly, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed the session higher by 0.034% at 9,776.44 points. 

A total of 168.26 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 1.33 billion, while the market cap value amounted to AED 2.53 trillion.

Ras Al Khaimah Poultry and Feeding Company (RAPCO) was the top gainer with 14.61%, whereas Foodco National Foodstuff (FNF) headed the losers with 10%.

International Holding Company (IHC) registered the highest turnover of AED 433.38 million, while Aldar Properties was the most active stock on which 16.62 million shares were traded.
