Cairo – Mubasher: Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development achieved net profits worth EGP 261.10 million in 2022, up 0.70% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 259.37 million.

Total revenues amounted to EGP 392.07 million in 2022, an annual growth of 4.10% from EGP 376.64 million, according to the unaudited income statements.

Meanwhile, the total assets increased by 2.70% YoY to EGP 2.53 billion as of 31 December 2022, versus EGP 2.46 billion.

Dividends

The board of Zahraa Maadi recommended the distribution of EGP 79.20 million as cash dividends, equivalent to 15% of the company’s issued capital, for 2022.

In this regard, the EGX-listed firm would pay out a dividend of EGP 0.15 per share.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the company recorded a 2.49% rise in net profit after tax to EGP 216.26 million, compared to EGP 211.01 million in 9M-21.
