Dukhan Bank announces that the General Assembly Meeting AGM will be held on 12/04/2023, "Zoom" and 09:00 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 18/04/2023, "Zoom" and 09:00 PM 

The Agenda of the ordinary meeting shall be as follows:

- Board of Director's Report on the results of the Bank and financial statements for year ended 31/12/2022 and discussion of the plan for the year 2023.

- Sharia Supervisory Board report for year ended 31/12/2022. 

- External auditors' report on the financial statements for the year ended 31/12/2022.

- Discussion and approval of the Bank's balance sheet and profit and loss for the year ended 31/12/2022 and validate them.

- Approval of the board of directors' proposal to distribute 16% cash dividends of the nominal value per share, i.e. QAR 0.16 per share.

- Absolve the Board members from liability for the year ended 31/12/2022 and approval of the remuneration prescribed to them.

- Nomination of the external auditors of the Bank for the year 2023 and determination of the fees to be paid to them
