Riyadh – Mubasher: Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company posted 233.32% higher net profits after Zakat and tax at SAR 441.72 million in 2022, versus SAR 132.52 million in 2021.

Revenues hiked by 57.45% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 3.92 billion as of 31 December 2022 from SAR 2.49 billion, according to the annual financial results.

Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) reached SAR 0.41 last year, higher than SAR 0.12 in 2021.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Dar Alarkan generated SAR 393.01 million in net profit after Zakat and tax, a 416.24% YoY surge from SAR 76.13 million.

The revenues jumped by 76.94% to SAR 3.03 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 1.71 billion in 9M-21, whereas the EPS climbed to SAR 0.36 from SAR 0.07.
