CBE offers two-type T-bonds worth EGP 2bn on Monday

Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) auctioned zero-coupon treasury bonds (T-bonds) worth EGP 1 billion through one issue on Monday, 27 March.

The offering holds a tenor of 546 days until 24 September 2024, according to official data.

Moreover, the CBE issued floating rate T-bonds at a value of EGP 1 billion, which will mature in three years on 14 March 2026.

Last week, the central bank offered T-bonds valued at EGP 3.25 billion through two tranches, in addition to zero-coupon T-bonds worth EGP 1.50 billion through one auction.
