Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Nasdaq-listed biotechnology firm Celularity has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with AD Ports Logistics (ADPL), a subsidiary of AD Ports Group's Logistics Cluster, according to a press release.
The UAE group partnered with CH Trading Group LLC, the exclusive distributor of Celularity's products within more than 100 countries, to provide access to the latter's Halal-Certified regenerative medicines in the GCC region.
Meanwhile, ADPL will distribute Celularity's biomaterial products in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, and Egypt.
Farook Al Zeer, Chairman of the Logistics Cluster at AD Ports, said: "We believe that collaborative partnerships such as these will play a significant role in helping deliver on our leadership's vision of establishing Abu Dhabi as a hub for global healthcare and life science excellence.”
Robert Hariri, CEO and Founder of Celularity, noted: “The announcement highlights a significant milestone in our global expansion strategy and focuses on the MENA market."

In the January-December 2022 period, the ADX-listed company logged net profits attributable to the shareholders worth AED 1.26 billion, an annual surge of 50% from AED 845.69 million.
