Riyadh – Mubasher: Jarir Marketing Company (Jarir Bookstores) inaugurated a new showroom in Kuwait at a total investment of SAR 25 million, according to a bourse disclosure.

Located in the Avenues Mall in the Al Rai area, the showroom spans 1,394 square metres and marks the company’s 69th store inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

Jarir highlighted that the opening will reflect on its income statements during the second quarter (Q2) of 2023.

This is the second showroom that the company opened this year after the launch of its first showroom in the UAE.

Last year, the Tadawul-listed firm recorded 2.23% lower net profits after Zakat and tax at SAR 969.80 million, compared to SAR 991.90 million in 2021.
