With reference to the announcement from Banque Saudi Fransi (the “Bank”), published on the website of the Saudi Stock Exchange on 03/11/1444H (corresponding to 23/05/2023G), regarding the commencement of the Bank’s offer of U.S. Dollar denominated Certificates under the Trust Certificates Issuance Programme (the “Certificates”) by way of an offer to eligible investors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally, the Bank would like to announce the completion of the offer of the Certificates and the settlement of the Certificates issuance will be on 11/11/1444H (corresponding to 31/05/2023G). |
