Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 22^nd June 2023

 

ENBD REIT (CEIC) PLC ("ENBD REIT"), the Nasdaq Dubai-listed Shari’a compliant real estate investment trust managed by Emirates NBD Asset Management Limited, is pleased to inform its shareholders that its 2023 Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) will take place at 12:00pm (noon) UAE time on Thursday 22^nd June 2023.

This year the AGM will follow a hybrid format with the physical meeting taking place in The Academy, Level 1, Gate Village 2 (Salt Bae building). Remote access will also be provided via a mobile and web application (the “AGM Online Facility”), and shareholders may attend using the AGM Online Facility.

In order to attend this hybrid AGM, , shareholders must visit www.smartagm.ae and follow the “ENBD REIT” link to register by no later than 12:00pm (noon) UAE time on Monday 19^th June 2023, as well as completing any additional applicable registration requirements, in each case in accordance with the process and timeline set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (the “Notice of the AGM”) referred to below.

A copy of the Notice of the AGM including General Notes and Explanatory Notes on the proposed resolutions, the Voting and Proxy Forms as well as the audited financial statements are available to view on the Investor Relations Page of the ENBD REIT website.
