Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Sunday’s trading session with a mixed note after the EGX30 main index went down by 0.44% to 17,455.48 points.

On the other hand, the EGX50 EWI increased by 0.55% to 3,245.24 points.

Both small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI ended the session higher by 3.11% at 3,391.89 points and by 2.46% at 5,048.91 points, respectively.

A total of 1.43 billion shares were exchanged at a value of EGP 2.84 billion, while the market cap value amounted to EGP 1.13 trillion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 65.47 million and EGP 36.88 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 102.35 million.
