Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) showed a positive performance on Tuesday after the EGX30 main index went up by 0.70% to 29,195.24 points.

Both small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI indices closed the session higher by 0.39% at 6,680.95 points and by 0.79% at 9,603.31 points, respectively.

The trading value hit EGP 4.26 billion through the exchange of 994.11 million shares. In addition, the market cap value amounted to EGP 1.99 trillion.

The Egyptian traders were net buyers with EGP 113.42 million. Meanwhile, the Arab and foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 90.51 million and EGP 22.90 million, respectively.
