Tadawul falls on Sunday amid all-sector decline

Riyadh – Mubasher: The All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) showed a negative performance on Sunday after decreasing by 291.41 points (2.42%) to close the session at 11,754.37 points.

A total of 334.14 million shares were traded at a turnover worth SAR 6.45 billion.

All of Tadawul’s sectors closed Sunday in the red zone, with the capital goods plummeting by 5.62% to be the top decliner.

Kingdom Holding Company led the fallers with 10%, while The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) advanced the risers with 7.99%.

Al Baha Investment and Development Company was the most active stock on which 77.45 million shares were exchanged. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) generated the largest turnover of SAR 484.63 million.

Likewise, the Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) plunged by 480.44 points (1.81%) to close the session at 26,128.86 points.

Mulkia Investment Company was the top faller with 7.94%, whereas Al Mohafaza Company for Education headed the risers with 8.91%.
