Riyadh – Mubasher: The All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) rose by 174.70 points (1.52%) on Tuesday, closing the session at 11,679.16 points.
A total of 404.09 million shares were traded at a turnover worth SAR 9.07 billion.
Except for the insurance sector that closed lower by 0.47%, all of Tadawul’s segments ended the session in the green zone with the pharma, biotech, and life science being the top gainer with 3.90%.
Emaar The Economic City advanced the risers with 10%, whereas Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company led the fallers with 9.99%.
Americana Restaurants International was the most active stock on which 40.93 million shares were traded. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) generated the largest turnover of SAR 686.93 million.
On the other hand, the Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) fell by 5.37 points (0.02%) to 25,696.10 points.
Clean Life Company headed the risers with 9.93%, while Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed and Partners Company was the top faller with 14.65%.
