Dubai – Mubasher: Union Coop announced a net profit after tax worth AED 163.14 million in its unaudited financial results for the first half (H1) of 2024.

The net income was higher than the restated AED 135.32 million net profits in H1-23 and compared to the unaudited AED 153.38 million results.

The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose to AED 0.09 in H1-24 from AED 0.08 in H1-23, according to the income statements.

Income from sales of goods soared to AED 962.32 million during January-June 2024 compared with the restated AED 915.01 million in the year-ago period.

As of 30 June 2024, Union Coop registered total assets worth AED 3.41 billion, which came lower than AED 3.44 billion in the audited period as of 31 December 2023.
