Riyadh – Mubasher: ROSHN Group, PIF giga-project, inked an agreement exceeding SAR 215 million with partner developer Dar Al Arkan, according to a press release.

The two developers sealed the deal following a similar agreement last year, that will see Dar Al Arkan acquire and develop residential villas in SEDRA 1A.

Established in 1994, Dar Al Arkan is regarded as the largest developer by market value in Saudi Arabia and has built 15,000 residential villas across eight countries.

ROSHN’s latest partnership with a Saudi developer aligns with the group’s strategy to join forces with key entities across a range of verticals, including project developers.

Over the last year, the group launched sales for WAREFA, in east Riyadh, ALAROUS, the community adjoining MARAFY in Jeddah, and phases 2 & 3 of the flagship SEDRA.

Earlier in 2024, ROSHN Group inaugurated its mixed-use community ALMANAR at Makkah’s western gate.
