Riyadh – Mubasher: ROSHN Group has launched its fifth integrated mixed-use community ALMANAR at Makkah’s western gate.

Situated at 2.50 million square meters, the first phase of the project is set to provide 4,149 residential units with the capacity to house 17,000 people on a of 2.5 million square meters, according to a press release.

The first phase is planned to feature a variety of amenities, including a regional mall supplemented by eight neighbourhood commercial centres, a business park, and several mosques.

The phase includes 3- to 5-bedroom townhouses, duplexes, and villas.

ALMANAR's houses will use industry-leading energy-conserving technologies, including modern insulation, solar water heaters, and efficient air-conditioning.

ROSHN is installing EV chargers in many of its units, contributing to national decarbonisation efforts.
