Investment strategy
Invest the Fund assets in real estate investment activities covering trading in land, properties transactions, units and several real properties by way of sale, purchase, development and leasing in the State of Kuwait, (excluding private housing properties), the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (GCC)and in the Middle East & North Africa. The Fund will take partnerships also in real estate funds and portfolios, including the unlisted real estate companies’ equities. it will also invest liquidity in the appropriate monetary instruments and investment funds without prejudice to the Islamic Sharia provisions.
