12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Parties agree that the governing law of this Policy or other agreements entered with Mubasher is the laws of Republic Arab of Egypt. The parties refer any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Egypt.
