(Marakez) which reads as follows:" Further to CMA's statement about the stock's trading in the period from 22/8/2012 till 5/9/2012, please note that Marakez does not have any undisclosed material events that may impact the stock trading.

The company added in a filing posted on KSE website that it did not sell or buy any treasury shares and did not issue statements relevant to the stock or the company.
