Abdullatif Almaa, CEO of DAREn’deal, revealed that Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT), which owns 51% of his company’s capital, is studying the purchase of the 88% controlling stake owned by UAE Jabbar Group in Cobone.com.

Almaa told Al Mal gazette that Jabbar Group has not defined the deal’s value yet, but it is estimated at around $20-40 million according to market indicators.
