Industrial & Engineering Projects will hold ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on Saturday, November 24, 2012, 2:00 p.m., at head office.

Shareholders will discuss financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2011.

Nomination applications for board membership will be received during Nov. 11-12, 2012 .
