Iraq Exchange (ISX) said it will start trading on the 4.800 billion pre-capital increase shares of Iraqi for Seed Production as of Sunday, March 23, 2014.

The general meeting, held March 16, approved increasing capital from IQD 4.800 billion to IQD 5.128.416.438 billion.

Shareholders also gave a nod to cash dividend at 50% of realized earnings.
