First Jordan Investment Co. will hold ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on Sunday, April 20, 10:30 a.m., to review FY13 financial statements.

Board members will also be discharged from liability for FY13, and a new board will be elected for the coming term.

In addition, shareholders will discuss decreasing capital from JOD 150 million to JOD 75 million.
