The ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of Zarka Education and Investment, held on April 5, approved 12% cash dividend.

The company reported JOD 4.19 million net earnings for FY13, compared with JOD 6.63 million a year earlier, an increase of 15%. The EPS increased from 24 fils to 28 fils.
