Jordanian Management and Consulting (JOMC) will hold ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on April 28, 11:00 a.m., at the headquarters of Jordan French Insurance.

During the ordinary meeting, shareholders will discuss agenda items; mainly the future plans and FY13 consolidated financial statements.

During the extraordinary meeting, shareholders will discuss increasing capital from JOD 2 million to JOD 2.300 million through 15% bonus share distribution.
