In a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM), the Board of Directors of Al Suwadi Power Company said that its Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cliff Dickinson has resigned as of July 31, 2014.

Moreover, the Company’s Board has appointed Mr. Muhammad Fawad Akhtar as the Al Suwadi Power’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2014.
