Jordan Ahli Bank announced that its profits increased by 156% to JOD 25.5 million in the first half of 2014 compared with JOD 9.97 million during the first half of 2013.

Earnings per share increased to JOD 0.146 in the first half this year against JOD 0.056 in the same period last year.

Financial statement of the bank clarified that profits of discontinuous operations increased by 3556.79% to JOD 18.36 million against JOD 502.28 thousand in the first half of 2013.

The bank’s profits jumped by 245.8% to JOD 18.73 million in the second quarter the current year compared with JOD 5.4 million in the same quarter of the last year.
