Capital Bank of Jordan and Jordan Mortgage Refinance Co Ltd signed an agreement with which the company will grant a loan of JOD 10 million to the bank in order to refinance housing loans.

Chairman of the bank said that this agreement aims at increasing the bank’s contribution and enhancing its role in the kingdom’s housing finance market through granting housing loans to citizens at suitable interest prices, especially low-income people to help them own houses.
