Vertika Programming Co. has logged EGP 444 thousand net loss for H1-14, against EGP 270.2 thousand net profit in the same period a year earlier.
The company’s H1 standalone financial results showed EGP 439.4 thousand net loss, versus EGP 182 thousand net profit in H1-13.
FY13 net profit had amounted to EGP 270.2 thousand, compared with EGP 315.4 thousand net profit a year earlier.
The company’s extraordinary general meeting had approved the increase of issued and paid-in capital by EGP 1.176 million to EGP 2.353 million from EGP 1.176 million.
