Losses of Jordan Decapolis Properties declined by 42.15% to JOD 228.4 thousand in the first half of 2014 compared with JOD 394.8 thousand in the same period of 2013.

Losses per share declined to JOD 0.003 in H1-14 from JOD 0.006 in H1-13.

Financial statement showed that revenues of real estate renting increased by 32.48% to JOD 669.9 thousand in the first six months this year compared with JOD 505.6 thousand in the same period last year.

As for the second quarter this year, the company’s losses decreased to JOD 64.5 thousand from JOD 288.9 thousand during the second quarter last year.

Moreover, the company’s losses had increased by 54.8% to JOD 163.9 thousand in the first quarter compared with JOD 105.8 in the same quarter of 2013.
