The Saudi British Bank (SABB) said the board, in a meeting held on August 26, approved appointing Nigel Hinshelwood as a non-executive board member, representing HSBC as of Sept. 1, 2014.
Hinshelwood came to replace Zarir Cama who submitted his resignation on August 26, and was accepted on August 31.
