ACE Arabia announced a change in its major shareholders on August 27, as follows:
The General Company for Commercial Investment (founder owns 5% of the company shares) sold all of its shares in ACE to the new owner Elkhereiji Investment Company (500,000 shares representing 5% of ACE shares).

The ownership of the new company involves related parties; Managing Director Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdul Karim Elkhereiji and board member Mr. Mohammed bin Abdul Karim Elkhereiji.
