Al Madar Finance and Investment said it has set up debt settlement agreement at amount of KWD 571.05 thousands with one of its debtors.

The financial impact of the settlement will be reflected in Q3-FY14, said the company in a statement to Kuwait's bourse.

The company announced its interim financial statements for H1-FY14 which reflected KWD 993.47 thousands net loss, compared to KWD 1.87 loss in the same period of previous year.
