In its statement issued Thursday to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), Deyaar Development has affirmed owning two adjacent plots spanning 71,000 sq. ft. in Al-Barsha. Moreover, the Company intends to develop a Sharia-compliant hotel and a tower of furnished apartments at an estimated value of AED 450 million.

The new project is still in the preliminary design stage, Deyaar added.
