Real Estate Trade Centers -Marakez said its, real investment arm ,MDI Capital LLC has sold a 99,500-square-foot industrial complex off of Interstate 10 for $6 million.

Sources pointed out that the buyer is Calgary, Alberta-based Enright Capital.
Kuwait-owned MDI Capital has invested in more than $1 billion in real estate assets in the U.S. The group has offices in Los Angeles and Orange County, California.

Noteworthy, Marakez announced its interim financial statements for H1-FY14 which reflected KWD 64.625 thousands net loss, against KWD 65.590 thousands suffered in the corresponding period of previous year.
