GMC for Industrial Commercial & Financial Investments said it is currently in talks with European investors over the establishment of hypermarket chain that will include international brands.
Chairman Mohamed El Gendi told Al Mal that the first branch in the chain will be launched in Suez Canal Corridor by early 2016.
According to the top official, Carrefour Haram will be inaugurated in early November. The company will receive 2-3% of total sale in return for the lease costs.
