Jordan Securities Commission approved the request filed by Jordan Ahli Bank for capital top-up of 5.588 million shares through Public Offering (IPO).
The Commission clarified to Amman bourse that share price will be at 570 fils.
The Commission added that on October 7, 2014, the IPO to increase the bank’s capital will end.
