The National Metal Manufacturing & Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) said the Nomination and Remuneration Committee accepted the resignation of Managing Director Eng. Saleh Al Obayyed on Sept. 28.
The resignation will be effective as of Dec. 31, 2014.
