The board of GMC for Industrial Commercial & Financial Investments approved signing an agreement to purchase a shopping mall owned by Al Forsan Real Estate & Investment in its project in Six of October City.
The board also endorsed foraying into public projects launched by the government to provide renewable energy.
The company is capitalized at EGP 69.999 million, divided into 34.999 million shares at EGP 2 par value each.
GMC had posted EGP 231.6 thousand net profit for H1-14, with 7.2% decline year-over-year from EGP 249.6 thousand.
