The ordinary general meeting of Wadi Kom Ombo Land Reclamation approved on Thursday the board and auditor’s reports for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2014.
Board members were discharged from liability for the same fiscal year.
The company’s extraordinary general meeting approved the company’s continuing as a going concern and carrying over realized losses in FY13/14 to the upcoming three years.
The company had posted financial results for FY13/14, showing that net loss narrowed 22.2% to EGP 17 million from EGP 21.9 million.
The company had posted EGP 11.8 million net loss for the nine-month period that ended on March 31, 2014, narrowing 27% from EGP 16.2 million net loss in the same period a year earlier.
